Thank you for addressing the unfairness and too lucrative pension plan for MP's and Senators. Another unfair part of this pension is the widow's benefit of 75% of pension, compared to Military that is 50%. As a widow of a retired military pensioner I received 50% during the years my spouse was a member we moved just about every 3 yrs. Some of the postings I was able to work and others I could not find work. Hence I did not have the years of working with the same employer to build a pension. Mps and senators spouses did not have those years of moving. This is just another feature of their pension and giving themselves more than the public and is not known as military widows are a small majority in this country and do not count.
